Brainy types: a question!

I'm proofreading this boring academic paper and something is bugging me.

The paper is called "Refraining from Help: blah blah" and it's about how sometimes when employees refrain from helping their coworkers it's for the good of the organization, if their coworkers happen to exhibit antisocial behaviours. Blah blah.

Shouldn't the title (and all the subsequent times it's said in the text) be: "Refraining from Helping"?

Or is "refraining from help" grammatically correct? I cannot figure it out. Plz help the dummy.
