To be fair I watched NMTB back in the late nineties when I lived in Edinburgh and then I stopped watching it and so really have very little experience with Simon as Host. But then the other day I did watch the episode with Josh Groban because I read somewhere that JG was an awesome guest (he really was extremely and unexpectedly funny and charming), and I did, in fact, like Simon quite a bit. JUST NOT AS MUCH AS MARK.
