Here's the thing. Matt Damon is very competitive with both Brad Pitt and myself. Brad and me are both two time Sexiest Men Alive. Matt's only won it one time and I sort of consider it a bit of fluke.
Having seen him recently putting on all that weight for The Informant!, well, he's got a lot of work to do if he wants to get back. I'm going to train him and work with him because he's going to need to run a strong campaign this year.
The idea that you can "run a campaign" to win sexiest man alive is absolutely hilarious to me.
And now for this awesome TV meme, stolen from girlmostlikely:
Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice:
Friends is probably the show I've seen the most often, because they play 2 episodes every night on E4 and if I'm around/not busy I'm always happy to watch it because apparently I am never going to get sick of it. I've seen Buffy many times too. And Sex and the City. And I've watched all of Alias twice.
Name a (current) show you can't miss:
Yeah that would be all the shows listed in my profile, although I haven't been watching Lie To Me this season and I'm planning to drop Dexter (sorry Gin - I hate it!).
Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show:
Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show:
Name a show you can, and do, quote from:
My memory sucks for quotes but when I've been particularly brilliant I do quite often point at my head and say, "Not just a hat rack!" which is a quote from Friends.
Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:
This question is retarded so I'm going to modify it to the following:
Name a show you like that apparently no one else you know watches:
Bored to Death. And you all should because it is genius!
Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song:
Practically all of them? But my current favourites to sing along to are True Blood and 30 Rock (which doesn't have lyrics but it is fun to sing along to regardless).
Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch:
Friday Night Lights. Every single person I have recommended this to has loved it - it's hard to imagine anyone not falling for it.
Name a TV series you own:
I own a lot of TV series on DVD, obviously. My most recent purchase (which hasn't arrived yet but it will soon by mine) is the first four seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
What is your favourite episode of your favourite series?
Hrm. Off the top of my head maybe "Hush" from Buffy, but that's a really hard question.
A show you mean to watch, but you just haven't gotten around to yet:
If you'd asked me this a week ago I might have said Castle, but now I've seen the first few episodes so that doesn't count. I guess I kind of want to see Farscape one day.
Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad?
All the time. Most recently I quit Flash Forward and The Good Wife because they are bloody awful, but then I'm always trying new shows and giving up on them quickly if they're not up to scratch. Like, recently I quit watching White Collar, not because it was so bad but because it simply wasn't that great.
Name a show you aren't interested in watching, not in the least:
I don't know why but Being Human doesn't interest me. Maybe because it's British?
Name a show that's made you cry multiple times:
Friday Night Lights omg.
Oldest TV show you like?
Probably Due South.
Newest TV show you like?
It's a toss up between Community, Bored to Death and The Vampire Diaries (which, interestingly, is the only new drama that has kept my interest in the past year).
What do you eat when you watch TV?
I absolutely love watching TV while I eat dinner. But if not dinner then I am happy to snack on whatever is available.
How often do you watch TV?
Some would say too often, I would say not as much as I'd like to.
Do you have a favorite talk show?
No, I don't like talk shows.
What's the last TV show you watched?
How I Met Your Mother's latest episode which I thoroughly enjoyed. But, um...
What's your favourite/preferred genre of TV?
I don't have one, but I'd say that at the moment we're enjoying a bit of a golden age of comedy - I'm currently watching 12 comedies (12!) and I mostly adore them all.
What's your least favourite genre of TV?
It might actually be sci-fi, even though I have enjoyed the odd sci-fi show (BSG for example, although wow did I end up hating it. I actually dropped it half way through the final season).
What was the first TV show you were obsessed with?
Buffy. So, so obsessed. And I have never been as obsessed since.
What TV show do you wish you never watched?
The second season of Twin Peaks.
What's the weirdest show you enjoyed?
The first season of Twin Peaks?
What TV show scared you the most?
I honestly don't know.
What is the funniest TV show you have ever watched?
How am I supposed to choose between It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 30 Rock and Friends? I won't do it!
Which do you think is the best TV series ever made?
