I had a dream Sunday morning that Christian Bale was Batman and James McAvoy was Robin. Not so bad, yes? :)

Yes, because I would have a threesome with those two. I'm not that keen on Bale's Batman but I love him as an actor, and wow, I can actually almost imagine McAvoy as Dick (although that might just be because I love him).

He talks almost exactly like that in All Star Batman and Robin and it's pretty hilarious once you can get over how completely psycho it is. The 'I'm the God Damn Batman' and 'What are you retarded?' come directly from it :)

Haha, I knew where the Goddamn Batman came from but not the other thing. OH FRANK. I know it's not cool in comics fandom to like Frank Miller (I think I'd enjoy his Bruce characterisation a lot more if I thought he was being in any way ironical but I think the guy's actually serious!) but I maintain that Sin City has some awesome writing in it.

I know! I keep reading it too and it keeps making me laugh uncontrollably. Batman calling people fucktards and talking about donkey punching grandmas, and Bale's facial expressions...
